Returns and Exchanges
You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt (delivery) to initiate a return or exchange.

We accept returns on all of our products, excluding customized/personalized items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Please include the receipt and/or proof of purchase with your item. For online orders include Order ID number and your name.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item.
After inspecting the item we will immediately notify you, by the email you provide, on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment) within 24 hours.
You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's policies, typically within 48 hours - Please check with your card issuer's policy for specific details.
Return Shipping
If an item is incorrect we will cover costs for the return shipping.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging all other items.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Local Delivery
We offer Local Delivery to the Wichita Metro area for a small fee, indicated at the time of checkout. Deliverys are made within 48 hours unless this falls on a holiday or Sunday in which case the delivery will be made the next day. To see if we deliver to your area just enter your zip code in the cart to calculate shipping. If you are within the delivery zone it will be one of the shipping choices offered.
