WARM WEATHER SHIPPING WARNING:

These products are coated with frosting which can melt in temperatures over 78°. We recommend you add a Shipping Pack to your order if your temperatures are above 78° or it is between May 1st and September 30th. If you are in the Wichita area and someone will be at the delivery address to receive the package you do not need a warm weather pack.

If you have a rush order, you must call The Dog Treatery prior to placing your order to make special arrangements. Federal Express and USPS typically takes two to three days in the 50 United States. That is not a guaranteed time frame and FedEx can take up to five days, USPS up to ten days. We cannot guarantee the delivery date or time. We do not give refunds for items that were delayed, misdirected or otherwise mishandled by the shipping company.
