Returns and Exchanges

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

We accept returns on all products except customized or personalized items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition in which you received it

Please include your receipt or other proof of purchase with the returned item. For online orders, please include your order number and the name associated with the order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.

After the inspection, we will promptly notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 24 hours.

The time required for the credit to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies. Credits typically appear within 48 hours, but you should contact your card issuer for specific processing details.
